Each bedroom sleeps two and house sleeps up to 14 guests. King size pillow top mattress in the primary suite upstairs. Two other bedrooms upstairs with queen pillow top mattresses and jack-n-jill bathroom between. Queen Sleeper sofa in living room. Bunkroom downstairs with two queen over queen bunks. (Outside entrance only. No interior staircase. Entrance is under the back deck by the pool within the privacy fence. Hotel luxury 600 thread count, soft sheets and bedding. Two and a half full bathrooms upstairs and one full bath downstairs by the pool. Smart TVs so you can log in to your own accounts and watch your movies while on vacation. Various reading books, family games, cards and more throughout the home. Wifi provided. We love the house as it sits on one of the narrowest parts of the island and you can see BOTH bodies of water - Views of the Gulf out the back windows and views of the sound off the front porch. Three minute walk to the beach access and five minute walk over to the sound. This home is in the perfect location on the beach side of the island. It is just off of the main beach road, so quick to head down to restaurants and shopping. Enjoy the complementary Pensacola Beach Trolleys from Memorial Day through Labor Day that stops in front of the home and will take you up and down to all the restaurants. Or rent our 4 seater golf cart for an EXTRA FEE of 75/night. Fully stocked with all your BEACH gear! Beach chairs, paddle board, skimboards, boogie boards, beach sand toys, umbrella, beach towels and floats all available for your stay. Cornhole and spikeball for even more fun! Just bring your swimsuit! Kitchen has everything you'd need for your stay including Keurig, coffee maker and a Ninja cocktail blender, crock pot and fish fryer. Weber charcoal grill provided (bring your own charcoal). Extra drink fridge downstairs for all of your beach drinks. Washer Dryer access in the home. (bring your own detergent) Starter pack of paper towel roll, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 dish pods, 2 trash bags, and hand soap will be provided for your stay! Must be 25 to rent. Upon booking, we will request verification of the ages of all guests. No pets allowed. $1000 fine for unauthorized pets. No smoking or vaping in home or around doors of home. $1000 fine. No illegal substances on property. No parties or events. We have nice neighbors! Quiet times between 11pm-7am per Santa Rosa County Ordinance. No unaccounted guests are allowed and you will be immediately evicted without refund. No fish bait in refrigerators/freezers. No hair dye, color shampoos or self tanner to be used in the property. No wet suits/clothes on the beds/furniture. No food or drink in bedrooms. Must rinse off before entering the home or the pool. Additional charges will incur for additional cleaning fees as needed, including pool cleaning fees for sand. Golf cart can be added to rental for an additional fee and waiver of liability signed. Door code will be emailed to you two days before check in and will not be valid until after 4pm on day of check in and expire at checkout. Check in is 4pm and checkout is 10am. No early or late checkins/outs will be considered.

Downstairs bedroom/bathroom addition are only accessible through an OUTSIDE entrance from the pool area, under the back deck. There is no stair access inside the home. Stairs are located outside under the back deck, which is private and fenced in. Pool can be heated from October-April for $75 per day extra fee. Please reach out with any questions.
